This house is on an Imminent Danger List, slated for destruction by the city, because it is in such good shape, and real people are living there. This is one of many, turn of the century Edwardian Builder’s houses all in a row, up near the Bayou St. John, in Mid-City Esplanade district, on Hagen Street of national importance. It is in such good shape, and lends so much to the character of the neighborhood, that it must go, as it does not fit in with all the brownfields and abandoned houses overgrown and collapsing on their own…
