a very nice little Creole cottage, w/ an individual’s flair for christmas.
A house and homeowner lifting the spirits of New Orleans w/ his music , and a porch to sit on and enjoy sharing a positive spirit , but this is all i know just from looking at the picture…

“Photographs are valued because they provide information. They tell one where this is, they make an inventory…
The past itself, as historical change continues to accelerate, has become the most surreal of subjects, making it possible to see a new beauty in what is vanishing,”
“to collect photographs is to collect the world.”
Susan Sontag

Nearly a year later, after posting the other two photos of this house, all I’ve got today is this third one, and maybe because it is raining all day….and maybe it’s because of and/or for Karen…from Thoreau
when he said,

“you cannot say more than you can see”,
he took for granted that sight had pride of place
among the senses.

and why i say
look, read, see, look again…
just another mantra, but would be better if I were in my pajamas. keep laughing karen
